Evening Introduction to Wine

Would you like to start at the very beginning?

Wine can sometimes seem a bit mysterious and descriptions aren't always easy to understand. An introductory session will answer many of your questions, including:

• How is wine made?
• How can I tell if a wine is sweet or dry?
• Does this wine have high or low acidity?
• What is a 'full bodied' red wine and how does that relate to tannin?
